Welcome to Scotland, where I’ll be based for the next few days with The New Saints FC on a pre-season training camp.

It’s a time management experiment, as I try something different by putting the individual blog entries in one post.

Three countries in one day today, starting out in England, passing through Wales and ending up in Scotland.

The first of the new signings this simmer, it was good to see things are going for him at the club.
Day two north of the English border
Based in St Andrews, it’s a busy few days, and I’m looking forward to the game at Bayview Stadium.

There’s always a player interview after a game, and this time round it was young central defender, Louis Bradford.
He played the full ninety minutes of the game.

I took a walk around St Andrews, the home of golf.
It’s my third visit to the seaside town and another very enjoyable trip.

We did the club interview outside the building where we are staying.

It’s been great to see a number of Academy youngsters make the trip to Scotland.
This is Reece Warder’s first ever interview and I thought he did really well.

From one coast to the other, journeying from St Andrews to Cumnock, I captured some of the journey on the video.
It was a new ground on the list, plus post-match food personally delivered by an ex-Leeds United player.

It’s good to see him back after after injury as we talked about that and the time in Scotland.
