Seven Wins On The Bounce For The New Saints, This Time On The Road At Caernarfon

As the JD Cymru Premier season edges its way towards culmination, today I’ve been to Caernarfon for the MD26 game between Caernarfon Town and The New Saints.

It was 0-0 at the break, but a Greg Draper goal in the 66th minute, followed by a late strike from Blaine Hudson (84), ensured a comfortable 2-0 win in the end.

Following the final whistle, I interviewed Blaine and head coach, Anthony Limbrick, on the pitch at The Oval.

Both interviews are TNS FC Facebook page links, as my iPhone is not working properly at the moment.

One of the issues is that I can’t post to YouTube, which is why my last angling blog entry was without a video. At least I can post text though.

I’m currently on the staff bus, travelling along the A55, near Rhyl. At the moment, due to COVID-19 restrictions, there are two vehicles for away games, as opposed to just one.

This was my 48th game of the season. I’m well down on recent years but at least working in football means I get to see some football.

The lead image features the players coming out for the start of the game. The photograph was taken from the press box, which is situated immediately above the tunnel.

Welcome To My World, welcome to my website. There’s more on the home page and you can comment via the guest book in the menu.
