Time flies, and as we say farewell to March, that’s a quarter of 2021 disappeared already.
I lost 2lb in the month just gone, but when added to the loss during January and February, that’s 13lb in total.
More than just weight loss though, it’s about lifestyle change, and with no junk food during March, that positive direction continues.
