More Three-Spined Stickleback Fishing On A Tiny Brook – Thoughts On The Importance Of Watercraft

I’m certainly enjoying the combination of brook and stickleback at the moment, as even a casual glance at the blog posts page indicates.

The latest session was another one fitted in during the day, and you can follow the proceedings below, via the video.

I do intend to do some dusk fishing there soon, that’s definitely on the immediate radar.

The tackle I fished with was as follows: Poachers Pocket mini-rod and reel. Reel line was 4lb Maxima Chameleon, leading to Ultima Virage 1lb 6oz fluorocarbon, joined by a loop-to-loop knot.

I nipped a size 4 shot on the line and the hook was a Drennan Super Specialist micro barbed size 18. Bait was a single white maggot.
