At The New Saints FC there are numerous staff members, as you would expect at a professional football club. One of the more recent additions to the ranks of the full-time employees is Ash Russell.
Having been with the Academy a couple of seasons looking after a particular age group, he stepped up this time round as the Academy itself raised the bar in terms of taking on more full-time coaches.
Prior to Ash heading off to the training ground at Park Hall, we had a good chat at the office, which acts as a base for the various departments within the club.
