The game was pretty much wrapped-up by then, but any chance of Barry Town United making a comeback was definitely dealt a final blow, as Jamie Mullan hit the back of the net in the 86th minute.
What a strike it was as well, as Jamie picked up the ball in his own half before unleashing a rocket of a shot that gave the ‘keeper, George Ratcliffe, who is on loan from Cardiff City, no chance.

After the final whistle, I interviewed Jamie against the interview board at Jenner Park, as we discussed not only the 4-1 TNS FC victory but also, of course, his goal as well.
