On The TNS FC Academy Float At The Oswestry Parade, Then The JD Welsh Cup, As Mold Alexandra Visited Park Hall. All In A Day’s Work With The Champions Of Wales.

My work with The New Saints FC is varied, and up well before dawn, I was on the Smithfield Market car park in Oswestry to cover the club’s contribution to the town’s annual Christmas parade.

There were two floats this time round – one from the Academy and the other from the Foundation. It was the former that I travelled on and that’s a video insight below. As always, it was well-supported by the people of the town and beyond.

Then it was football proper, as third tier Mold Alexandra took on the current holders of the competition in the third round of the JD Welsh Cup. The game ended 9-0 to The New Saints, so once again another big scoreline for TNS, following the 12-0 victory the previous Saturday at Airbus UK Broughton in the JD Cymru Premier.

My 51st game of the 2019/2020 season, you can view my football pages here. The lead image is Billy Whitehouse giving me the thumbs-up, as I filmed TNS FC warming-up prior to kick-off.
