Cinnabar Moth Caterpillars On Common Ragwort At Dudmaston In Shropshire. There’s A Great Natural World Out There.

While out fishing, I noticed a large number of common ragwort plants, as I made my way to the swim.

Being a keen naturalist, I made my way across for a closer look. I wasn’t disappointed. What you see though is people walking by, totally unaware of the caterpillars on the plants.

They may not even be interested, of course, but for those of us who do see the beauty of the natural world, we really appreciate things like this.
