Continuing with the holiday sea fishing adventures, it’s another short walk from the caravan to the beach at Tal-y-Bont after bass.
With an incoming tide up to dark, the conditions were perfect on that front. I thoroughly enjoyed the session and of course the fish caught were the icing on the cake. It’s a beautiful place to cast a line but ultimately it is about catching something.
Not that we do so every time we go fishing, of course, but catching fish is what it’s all about, otherwise I could have just sat there each evening on the shingle bank, enjoying the sunset. As it was I did both. The best of both worlds indeed.
