At Shrewsbury Town FC For The New Saints Ladies v Shifnal Town Ladies – My Final Game Of The Season, 108 Declared

My own football season is a twelve month affair, not that I’m complaining though, as it is also a hobby as well as work.

As far as my groundhopping adventures are concerned, the 2018/2019 season began last May as I watched Ysceifiog FC take on Llandyrnog FC – in Wales, obviously – and they ended a year later at Shrewsbury Town’s ground.

Match number 108 was a working one, as The New Saints Ladies FC lifted the Tom Farmer Shropshire Cup for the eleventh time, by beating Shifnal Town Ladies FC 9-1.

Whether working or pleasure, every game has been enjoyable and I’ve actually reached the stage where I’d sooner be doing the former than the latter. I love match day activity from a working perspective and on this occasion that involved photographs, videos, match report, social media and post-match interviews.
