Evening Session On The Canal Fishing Up To Moored Boats, With Bream, Chub And Perch On The Bank (1202)

Another quick session on the canal, this time with permanently moored boats on the far bank. They’re always good features and although I was there just for an hour or so up to dark, I caught three species of fish.

Fish are more mobile at this time of the year, of course, but in the winter moored boats come into their own as they offer shelter and protection when the canals are often gin-clear due to the weather and lack of boat traffic.
