The Natural World Of Barmouth (824)

Although most of my blog entries over the last week or so have been sea fishing, there’s certainly been far more to my holiday in the Barmouth area than that. This final entry focuses on the natural world of the area.

The video below features choughs that I spotted on the cliffs in the town itself. That’s a first for me, I’ve never seen them there before. As well as other birds there is also a male redstart from the other side of the bridge over the Mawddach estuary.

The photographs and footage below the embedded video are from my Instagram account. I’ve only opened an account fairly recently but it’s a great way to showcase images for the blog. You can connect with it via the link at the base of the page.
